Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment validation.
Orders are neither processed nor shipped on weekends and holidays.

In the event of an exceptional delay in order processing, the customer will be informed by email.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Canada: 2 to 7 business days
United States: 5 to 10 business days
International: 7 to 20 business days

These times are provided as estimates. In accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, delivery will take place no later than a maximum of 30 days after the order, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly indicated before order confirmation and confirmed in the confirmation email.

5. Order Tracking

When the delivery method allows, a tracking number is provided to the customer by email as soon as the order has shipped.

6. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
In the event of an error or omission in the delivery address, the seller cannot be held responsible for a delay or inability to deliver.

7. Delivery Delay

In the event of a delivery delay beyond the indicated date, the customer may request the cancellation of the order in accordance with Articles L216-2 to L216-4 of the Consumer Code.

If the order is canceled due to delay, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after the request.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event of a lost package or a package received damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 14 days after receipt or the estimated delivery date at the following address:
