Are all submitted items accepted?

No. We receive a large volume of requests and make a rigorous selection.

What condition must the items be in?

All items must be in excellent condition, clean, free of stains or holes, and washed or cleaned before drop-off.

Can I sell my items elsewhere while they are on consignment?

No. Items dropped off must remain exclusive to Oh La La! Boutique Luxe.

How are prices determined?

Based on condition, brand, rarity, and demand, with the goal of maximizing sales.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can only be booked online, directly on our website.

Can I pick up an item at any time?

No. Consigned items remain in the boutique until the end of the season. You will receive an email to pick up any unsold items.

I am unsure about the authenticity of my items. What should I do?

We offer an authentication service at a rate of $25.00 per item, payable at the time of drop-off.
